FC Volendam is the latest Dutch club to join MyGamePlan, and we are delighted to start working with them.
They also become our fifth Dutch club, following VVV-Venlo, NEC Nijmegen, FC Eindhoven, and SC Cambuur. That growing presence in the Netherlands reflects a shared need across clubs: keeping analysis workflows consistent, video-linked, and built around each club’s own football principles rather than generic outputs.
What makes this partnership especially exciting is that we were able to integrate our solution during a busy part of the season, which is rare in football. At this stage of the campaign, staff usually do not want disruption to the way they already work, so it was important that Volendam’s current workflow stayed intact.
The focus was clear from the start: automate the manual and repetitive tasks inside the club’s weekly opponent analysis process.
That meant fitting into a structure the staff already trusted, while removing the manual work that slows it down.
The metrics the club wanted to track are now linked directly to video, giving the staff powerful insight in a familiar workflow. Rather than spending hours tagging the same patterns each week, they can now review those moments automatically, with clips ready to analyze and export as XML.
The result is faster, more relevant opponent prep without changing the way the staff wants to work.
