That shifts the review process from coach-led correction to player-led ownership. Players come into video sessions already familiar with the metrics that define their role, which sharpens individual development loops and keeps the whole squad pulling in the same direction season after season.

ABout STEN
The Coach's Lens
Sten-Marten Vahi is Head of Goalkeeping at Harju JK, where he also works as assistant coach to the first team.
A former Estonia U19 international, he stepped into coaching after his playing career and now operates across the senior side and the wider Harju JK Laagri setup, with the first team competing near the top of the Estonian Meistriliiga.
He is currently completing his UEFA Goalkeeping A licence and has a remit that spans across the club. Harju themselves are one of the fastest-rising stories in Estonian football, four straight promotions through the lower leagues, the 2024 Esiliiga title, and a current run near the top of the Meistriliiga in 2026.
