Questions about the price

How is usage measured?

By how much you build and consume on our platform. Usage is mostly driven by asking MGPT questions and building reports, and to a lesser extent by using the reports you have built. You can see your usage in the platform. During your trial it becomes clear which plan works for you.

How do we know which plan we need?

You do not have to work it out in advance. Your trial has unlimited usage, and during or at the end of it you can check your usage numbers. We can go through them together to help you choose the right plan.

What happens when we hit the limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing stops. Everything you already built keeps updating and remains accessible. Until your usage resets you cannot ask MGPT new questions or create and edit reports; once it resets, all of that is back.

We signed before this pricing existed. What changes for us?

Nothing mid-contract. At renewal we map your current agreement onto one of the new plans. We walk through it with you before anything moves.

What is the difference between Individual and Club?

Individual is a personal account: what you build is yours. You can share exports and links with your colleagues, but they cannot contribute to them. Club is one shared workspace for the whole staff, with unlimited users, where the whole staff uses and works on everything you build together.

Can I move from an Individual plan to a Club plan?

Yes. Everything you have built moves with you into a Club workspace, where all your club colleagues can then contribute to it.

Do you charge for the data?

The plan covers your own competition's event data and video. Tracking data and deeper history come with Club Pro and above. Extra competitions can be added on Club Pro or higher. If you already have a data provider contract we connect to it, and if you do not, ours is included.

Can we try it first?
